Do you live with HIV or Hep C? We provide nutritional supports in the form of grocery gift cards to help meet your dietary needs. Each year, we partner with local farmers and the Charlottetown Farmers Market to increase access to fresh and locally produced foods.

Are you living with HIV or Hep C and struggle to make ends meet? We can help with personal hygiene products. Give us a call and register and we can provide you with personal hygiene products depending on what we have in stock. All information is kept completely confidential.
